• All items ship UPS ground or First Class USPS unless additional shipping method selected at Checkout

• We strive to get all orders out same business day but guarantee orders after 12:00pm CST will ship next business day.  

• All items shipped without requiring a signature for delivery unless requested

• Local delivery is by appointment only

Order Cancelation Policy:

• We ship Quickly! please reach out to us ASAP if you need to cancel your order at info@nocoastsurfers.com.  Shipped orders cannot be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.

Returns Policy:

• Surfboard returned must be an new condition within 30 days and are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless demo agreement in place.

• All other items may be returned for refund if in new condition within 30 days

• Warranty items need to go through the manufacturer but feel free to reach out for assistance

• Please reach out to us at info@nocoastsurfers.com for return authorization prior to any return.
